Dates

  • Our Summer Camp program runs from June 1st - July 30th. We are open Monday-Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. NOTE: There is no camp on Monday, July 5th.

  • Our Summer School Reading and Math Blast! program begins June 7th and ends July 2nd. Classes meet Monday-Friday from 8:30 - 11:00 a.m. with a short break mid-morning. DOWNLOAD INFORMATION SHEET

Registration Information

  • Registration is ongoing - Contact the school office for registration application and details. 909-463-3915

  • A non-refundable fee of $45 per child for currently enrolled WOLCS students and $65 per child for those not enrolled at WOLCS is due at the time of registration. This fee includes all administrative fees and a camp T-shirt.

  • Registration is open to students entering grade 1st through grade 6th in the Fall of 2010.

Tuition Information

  • We have a 2, 3, or 5 day option on selected days only. All tuition INCLUDES LUNCH this year and rates listed are per child. Lunch menus will be sent home prior to the start of each month. If you child does not wish to eat what is provided, please have them bring a sack lunch. Sorry, credit is not given for lunches not eaten.

  • Tuition is as follows;

    • 5 days (Monday through Friday) - $150 per week

    • 3 days (Monday/Wednesday/Friday only) - $115 per week

    • 2 days (Tuesday/Thursday only) - $80 per week

  • You are required to pay all tuition every two weeks in advance by EFT (electronic funds transfer) from you bank on May 17th, May 31st, June 14th, June 28th, and July 12th. (July 12th EFT will be for only 1 week tuition) NOTE: There cannot be any transferring of days or payments once the schedule is selected and tuition is paid.

Prepay Discount

  • A 5% discount off of the total tuition price is granted when paying the tuition in full and advance. A minimum of 6 weeks enrollment is required to receive the discount. Tuition must be paid by May 14th to be eligible for this discount and no schedule changes are allowed after payment.

Late Fee

  • If an EFT payment fails due to non-sufficient or uncollected funds, you will be charged a NSF Fee of $25. Payment then must be made in person at the school office via cash or money order within 5 days of the failed EFT. Tuition and NSF fees must be paid before your child can attend or continue attending camp.

Program Information

  • Camp is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • Campers are grouped according to grade level

  • Grades 1-4: Clubs every Monday & Thursday; Swimming every Tuesday & Friday

  • Grades 5-8: Clubs every Tuesday & Friday; Swimming every Monday & Thursday

  • Off campus field trips every Wednesday

  • Activities include bible, music, art, science, cooking, and group games

Field Trips

  • All Field trip costs are included in the tuition rates if you child attends Wednesday.

  • The Knott's Berry Farm field trip on June 23rd requires an additional payment of $25 per child, which will be collected one week prior to the trip date. A limited number of adult chaperones may accompany the children on field trips. You will be notified of opportunities to sign-up and conditions of transportation and payments. Children who are not enrolled in camp may not go on any field trips.
